• ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  By accessing or using the services provided by Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières, you (hereinafter "User") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• DEFINITIONS

  For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

  • "Salon de jeux" means Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières.
  • "Loto-Québec" means Société des loteries du Québec.
  • "Services" includes, but is not limited to, access to gaming areas and facilities.

• AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

  Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age can participate in the Services offered by Salon de jeux.

• SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAMME

  Salon de jeux reserves the right to exclude any User from participating in its Services if required by law or under Loto-Québec's self-exclusion programme.

• RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION

  Loto-Québec and/or Salon de jeux reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse participation of Users who fail to meet these Terms and Conditions or who exhibit problematic behaviour.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  Salon de jeux shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from its Services or use thereof, including but not limited to losses arising from gaming activities.

• RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  Loto-Québec and/or Salon de jeux reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

  Salon de jeux shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards in force in Québec and relevant jurisdictions regarding gaming and other activities offered by it.

• DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.

• GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and subject to the laws of Québec, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

• ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  These Terms and Conditions contain all terms agreed upon between Salon de jeux and User regarding use of Services and constitute an entire agreement between them.

• INVALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVISIONS

  If any provision or part thereof of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, ineffective or unenforceable by a court, such determination shall not affect the enforceability of other terms and conditions hereof.

• BINDING EFFECT ON SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS

  These Terms and Conditions shall bind and inure to the benefit of Salon de jeux' successors and assigns.

By accessing the services provided by Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
